Titans Update
Things are coming together at Titans Boxing Club and we wanted to provide an update for all our future clients.
We will start moving equipment into our facility next week (Aug. 1st) and plan to start using our new space as soon as things are set up and the bags are hung. The ring is scheduled to show up late Aug. so we’re anticipating set-up to be completed by Sept. 1st or potentially earlier.
If you’re excited to get into the gym, we will be selling "punch passes" at a discounted rate during the month of Aug. Punch passes are a great way for you to come have a workout and get a feel for our club, staff, and type of training involved. These punch passes will not expire so you can use them whenever you want. We will start selling memberships mid Sept after our Dekada event.
We plan on running classes for all fitness and experience levels daily for the first few months while we continue to set up our facility. During this time we’re really looking forward to gathering feedback from our new clients on what type of classes they are interested in, and what kind of numbers we’ll be working with.
As of Sept. 10th, we’ll be open Monday - Friday from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm for anybody to come and ask us questions, check out our facility, and most certainly, sign up!
Schedule
Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Boxing Fundamentals and Conditioning
All levels of fitness and experience
Classes cover: Hand wrapping, skipping, some light stretching, and breaking into small groups that will focus on different elements of the sport of boxing. Defensive guard, balance, footwork, proper punching mechanics, reflexes, movement, and always conditioning - push at your own pace. This is an introductory class that all levels can benefit from.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Boxing Boot Camp
All levels of fitness and experience
Classes cover: Short warm up and stretching followed by breaking into groups of 4 where we will perform a set of exercises for 45 seconds/each for a 3 minute round. These activities will rotate through the different stations and finish with a cardio or core burnout drill - these are a ton of fun and always leave you feeling great.
We’re very excited to hear from you, so please let us know if you have any questions or comments. Please have patience with us during the first few months as we set up the facility - we’re all very pumped about this and want to ensure our facility is set up properly, has the right equipment, and is capable of providing an experience you'll want to come back for.
