At Titans, our classes suit all fitness and skill levels. We teach boxing fundamentals, boost fitness, and advance athletes. We use functional exercises to build strength, stamina, and confidence, driven by discipline, hard work, and a bit of fun!
Tiny Titans
Mondays, Wednesdays
5:00pm—6:00pm
coach pat offers a fun introduction to Boxing for kids to learn the basics as well as burn off some of that excess energy.
Titans fitness

6:15pm—7:15pm
Boxing based workouts focused on conditioning, confidence, consistency and overall fitness. perfect if you are here for health, weight loss, stress relief or just getting stronger.

Skill development, higher intensity and performance based trAining for members who want to level up with sparring prep, competing and serious skill focus.

Sparring and open boxing
Fridays
6:00pm-8:00pm
A very important aspect of competing as a boxer, open to competitors and prospects. We run various stations with different styles to prepare our boxers for any style of opponent.
pRIVATE SESSIONS
We offer clients the opportunity to book a coach/the gym for $60 per hour to really get that ONE-ON-ONE attention, for our experienced fighters or someone just beginning. These help the progression at a fast pace.
